We were very pleased with our Bosnia visit with our students. Sometimes, through our guide’s narration, the war and the ظلم (oppression) that happened passed before our eyes, and we felt helpless with tears in our eyes; other times, we admired Bosnia’s natural beauty, the city’s structure and order, and its historical places. It was a visit where we felt we stood by our Muslim brothers and sisters, commemorated our martyrs, and questioned our spirituality. It enabled us to reflect more deeply on ourselves, our place in the world, and what we should do. At times we were saddened, at times we enjoyed ourselves; it was a visit where we rested our hearts with natural beauty and the sound of rivers.

These Terms and Conditions govern the principles for using all tour, transfer, guiding, accommodation, event and organization services provided. By using the services, you declare that you have read and accepted this text.

1. Scope of Services

The following services are provided by us:

Tailor-made and group tours

Cultural, historical and nature tours

Transfer and VIP transportation

Accommodation reservation

Event, festival and corporate organization planning

Guiding and interpreting

Photo/video shooting

Quotation and consultancy services

The scope of the service is communicated to the user in writing or verbally during reservation.

2. Pricing and Payments

Prices may vary depending on the type of service, date range, number of people, and special requests.

3. Cancellation and Refund Terms

3.1. Customer Cancellation

From the tour date 14 days before for cancellations made, the full fee is refunded.

Less than 7 days refunds may not be provided for cancellations with this remaining time.

Third-party services such as hotels, flights, insurance and transfers are subject to their own cancellation rules.

3.2. Cancellation by the Organizer

We may cancel in the following cases:

Insufficient participation

Security risk

Natural disaster / extraordinary weather conditions

Operational necessities

In this case, the full fee is refunded to the customer.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The customer is responsible for issues such as health problems, lost items, delays, traffic problems, and missing passport/ID during tours.

Damages arising from disruptions caused by third-party service providers (hotel, transfer, event venue, guide, etc.) are within the scope of limited liability.

The program flow may be changed due to weather conditions or compulsory reasons.

5. Photo and Visual Use Permission

Photos and videos taken during the tour:

If permission is granted, they may be used for social media and promotional purposes.

If the customer does not want, no visual content will be published.

6. User Obligations

The user:

confirms that the information provided is accurate and up to date,

will follow the instructions of the guide and team during the tour,

will provide their official documents (passport, ID, etc.),

has health conditions suitable for the tour,

accepts.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
